Designed to reflect a contemporary style, The Coppice is tailor-made for modern family living. The high quality houses include their own garages, ample parking space and sizeable gardens. Still in the process of completion, one of the advantages of purchasing a property off-plan is that buyers can personalise their living space by refining the layout to their own individual tastes. Designs are flexible, as clients have the chance to alter plans to satisfy their unique personal needs. As long as there are no structural implications, Shrewsbury Homes can even move interior walls for you.

The village of Condover
Situated in the picturesque village of Condover, approximately four miles south of Shrewsbury, homeowners can take advantage of easy access to the A49 and A5, as well as a regular bus route to Shrewsbury and Ludlow.
Condover is the perfect setting for a family home, with its own primary school, rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted and Farm Friends day nursery, which has been graded as ‘outstanding’.
The Condover Pre-school has been located next to the primary school for more than 30 years. They accept children from two years to school age and are a committee-managed charity group. They are also rated ‘good’ by Ofsted.
There are a number of handy village amenities, such as a post office, shops and St. Andrew and St. Mary Church. The pleasant parish features a number of historic listed buildings, one of which is the Elizabethan property, Condover Hall. Once home to Anglo Saxon royals, the manor house underwent a multi million pound refurbishment and is now a residential activity centre.
Condover is a wonderful choice for active families, with its own cricket and football clubs, 18-hole golf course and a cycle route running through the village. Berriewood Riding School is also nearby.
